Our System - What It Is

Our “Physique Transformation System” is a fully optimized personal training experience that individualizes a training program to meet your specific needs, goals, abilities and limitations. Each person who comes through our door will undergo a battery of fitness, nutritional and lifestyle assessments.We then use this information to formulate a workout plan that addresses your goals, level of skill, and mental capacity. Depending on your fitness level and and training experience, we will start you off with a “general” routine for the first 1-4 weeks. This is intended to help you learn how to properly perform the exercises, get accustomed to our approach and establish what our expectations for you will be, going forward.


To ensure you are comfortable with our approach, we offer new clients a no obligation free trial. This is designed to help you make an informed decision about being part of our personal training system. If you are convinced of it’s value and satisfied with your experience, we’ll get you started on your program right away.


Your journey begins with our 3 step approach to optimal health and fitness, and is the core of the “Physique Transformation System”. Exercise prescription, a nutrition program, and personal coaching (accountability and motivation). These are the 3 most critical components that will determine your level of success or failure on a fitness program. If even 1 component is missing from your program, your results will suffer. We believe an exercise program should be adapted to you and not the other way around. Other personal trainers and fitness classes that use one size fits all, or worse, doing things at random, do not possess the problem solving and critical thinking skills to design the right program for you. We don’t subscribe to handing out cookie cutter diets here! No meal templates or fanatical approaches to healthy eating either. Our approach is to ensure you get the right amount of nutrients to get the most from your efforts in and out of the gym. There are many personal training services in Vancouver today that claim to be much more than they are. Some promise unrealistic results and often overcharge for their service.
