* All of our programs include a complete fitness and body diagnostic (postural and fitness evaluation), exercise prescription, nutrition program and personal coaching. Each program is comprised of a system of action steps and accountability measures that will ensure you get optimal and consistent results. We offer private ( one on one 60 minute or 30 minute sessions) and semi-private personal training (limited to 2 people) for whichever program you choose.
