Lets face it, not everyone enjoys exercise. In fact very few do. With our semi private personal training, we take the fundamentals of traditional 1-on-1 training and create an atmosphere that is dynamic and competitive. No long boring workouts here. You’ll get results and have fun doing it too. We limit the number of participants to 3 in order to maintain the integrity of our program. Great for couples!
I started to achieve the results right away, the mixture of the cardio, the weights, and the nutrition all together definitely helped. After just the first 2 weeks I could already tell when I put on my shorts that didn't usually fit and they actually fit.
