Assessment of Movement/ Lifestyle

The overall goal of the assessment is to help us identify limitations and asymmetries in your own posture and movement that may contributing to your fatigue and weakness. We evaluate your lifestyle and offer solutions to negative areas that have contributed to your current state of wellness.



Correct the Imbalances

The results of your assessment will provide clues as to which methods and exercises will be most

effective to restore normal muscle and joint function and ultimately improve performance and reduce injury risk. In doing so, your assessment results will allow us to personalize your fitness program and adapt it as you progress.



To become a more efficient athlete in the sport of life it is necessary to identify the weak links and dysfunction in your movement patterns and take measures to correct them. This is the basis of our program. First we assess then correct. The end result is you become fitter, more resilient to infection, leaner, stronger and more confident in your own skin.
